Founder

Shahid Zafar, Founder and Publisher, is responsible for the operation of the press: the publishing platform, production, DOI registration, archiving and compliance with these policies. He is a doctoral researcher at Multimedia University, Malaysia, working at the intersection of cybersecurity engineering and cognitive psychology.

The publisher does not take editorial decisions on manuscripts. Those rest with each journal's Editor-in-Chief and editors, as set out in the editorial independence policy.

Journals

  • Artificial Intelligence and Computing Systems (AICS): machine learning, data science, intelligent, distributed and quantum computing.
  • Cyber Resilience and Human Factors (CRHF): security engineering, threat detection and the human side of cybersecurity.
  • Crestfield Multidisciplinary Science (CMS): mathematics, physical, life, health and engineering sciences.

Editors-in-Chief and editorial board members will be listed by name, with their institutions and ORCID records, on each journal's page once their appointments are confirmed. No one is listed without their written agreement.

Our standards

  • Independent peer review by at least two external reviewers for every research article.
  • Publication ethics in line with the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • No author fees during the launch period; any future fee announced at least six months in advance, with waivers.
  • Permanent DOIs and long-term digital preservation for every published article.
  • Transparent policies, published in full on the editorial policies page.
How we contact people. Crestfield writes only from addresses ending in @crestfieldpress.com. We do not send bulk invitations to submit papers, we never ask for payment to join an editorial board, and we never request fees before a manuscript has been accepted. If you receive a message that claims to be from Crestfield but does not meet these rules, please forward it to [email protected].
